Delete Your Account

Two ways to delete your account

You can permanently delete your LeadHunter USA account at any time, from either the web dashboard or the mobile app. Both methods perform the same full deletion described below.

Option 1 — Web dashboard

1. Sign in at leadhunterusa.com/login
2. Go to Dashboard → Settings
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom
4. Click Delete Account and confirm

Option 2 — Mobile app

1. Open the LeadHunter USA mobile app (iOS or Android)
2. Tap the Settings tab
3. Scroll down to the Delete Account button
4. Tap it and confirm

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account record (email, password hash, profile, profession, ZIP code, timezone)
• All leads collected for your account
• All groups and keyword filters you configured
• All notification preferences and push tokens
• All session and authentication tokens
• Your active subscription is canceled and billing stops immediately

Data retention

All account data is purged from our production databases within 30 days of your deletion request. Encrypted backups may retain a copy for up to 90 days, after which the backups themselves are overwritten. Anonymized, aggregated analytics (e.g., total leads delivered) that contain no personal identifiers may be retained indefinitely.

If you can't sign in or are otherwise unable to use the self-service options above, email support@leadhunterusa.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We will manually verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.
