Our commitment

LeadHunter USA LLC wants every service professional to be able to learn about, sign up for, and use LeadHunter USA, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, magnify the screen, or have low vision or color blindness.

The standard we build to

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more usable for people with disabilities.

What we do

  • Every form field on our sign-up and sign-in pages has a label a screen reader announces.
  • Buttons that show only an icon have a text name.
  • Pages are structured with headings and landmarks so assistive technology can move through them.
  • The site works with a keyboard and at different zoom levels and screen sizes.
  • We test our public pages with automated accessibility tools and fix what they find.
  • We do not use accessibility overlay widgets. We fix the pages themselves.

Known limitations

Accessibility is ongoing work, and some parts may not yet fully meet the standard. Our public pages and sign-up come first; the signed-in dashboard and the desktop app follow. Some steps are provided by other companies, such as payment checkout by Stripe, and their accessibility is in their hands.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on our site is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us. Say which page, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology you use if any. We will help you get what you need another way while we fix it.

We aim to reply within two business days.
