Get Local Refinishing Leads Instead of Replacing It

Nobody wakes up wanting their bathtub reglazed. They want a bathroom that does not look like 1974, they price replacing it, they wince, and then they ask whether there is another way. The post that starts this trade is almost never a request for refinishing — it is somebody comparing the cost of a replacement and hoping to be told there is a cheaper route to the same result.

Which means half the job is being the one who tells them. A homeowner who does not know reglazing exists cannot search for it, and the platforms that sell contractor leads by category cannot sell them to you, because the homeowner never picked the category. That is also why there is no published cost per lead for this work in datasets that price plumbing at $66 and roofing at $101.

The timing runs on other people’s deadlines. Listings before a sale, holidays before family arrive, a rental between tenants — every one of those is a fixed date somebody is working backwards from, and being early enough to be considered matters more than being cheapest.
