Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: 2026-05-08
LeadHunter USA does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
We collect personal information only to operate the service: account credentials, subscription state from Stripe, scanner configuration (your selected profession, keywords, and groups), and the leads our scanner finds for you. We do not exchange, rent, or otherwise transfer that information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
Because we do not sell or share, there is no opt-out form to fill out — you are already opted out by default.
If our practices ever change, we will (a) update this page with a working opt-out form, (b) update our Privacy Policy, and (c) notify existing customers by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
Your other California rights
California residents also have the right to know what personal information we hold, to correct it, to request its deletion, and to receive a copy. Those rights are documented in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy. To exercise any of them, email us at privacy@leadhunterusa.com. We respond within 45 days, with no fee.
If your post became a lead
If you are not a LeadHunter customer but found a Facebook or Nextdoor post you wrote captured as a lead in our system, the fastest way to remove it is the self-service lead-removal form. Matches are auto-removed and you receive a confirmation email.
