How does the 7-day free trial work?

Sign up with just an email — no credit card. Full access to scanning, push notifications, and the mobile app. After 7 days, pick a plan or do nothing and the account stays paused.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — from Settings → Subscription, one click. No phone calls, no retention scripts.

Does the desktop app work on Mac?

Yes — both Windows and Mac. The install guide on /install-guide covers both.

Will my online accounts be safe?

The app is read-only — it never posts, likes, comments, follows, or sends messages. It only browses public community content the way you would as a logged-in member, with human-like delays between actions.
