Short answer

LeadHunter USA Postcards prints and mails a contractor’s postcard to every address on the neighborhoods they pick, by USPS Every Door Direct Mail. You design it in the browser or let it be made for you, see a proof, and pay per order: 1,000 postcards cost $670.76 with standard printing, postage included. There is no subscription and no mailing list to buy.

How it works

From a design to mailboxes

Three steps in your browser, then we print and mail it.

  1. Make the postcard

“Make my postcard for me” gives you three designs for your trade, with your photos or ours. Change any words, then check the proof.

  2. Pick the neighborhoods

Tap the mail routes you want on the USPS map and paste the list. 200 to 25,000 postcards, up to 5 ZIP codes.

  3. Pay and we mail it

One price with printing, mailing and postage. We email you when it is printed and when it should be in mailboxes.

What’s inside

What LeadHunter USA Postcards does

Everything after the mailbox is part of it too: the QR code, the page it opens and the results.

  • A QR code on every card

It opens a page with your postcard, Call and Text buttons, and a short form for a name, phone and what they need.

  • Results you can see

How many people scanned the code, called, texted and sent the form, for each postcard.

  • Three printing speeds

Standard: printed within 7 business days · in mailboxes in about 2–3 weeks. Faster and rush cost more and arrive sooner.

A form sent from the QR page becomes a customer in your free LeadHunter USA CRM, marked “Scanned your postcard”.

Limits

What it does not do

  • No mailing to your own list of addresses. The cards go to every address on the routes you pick (USPS Every Door Direct Mail).
  • No orders under 200 postcards, the Post Office’s minimum for an EDDM mailing.
  • One size: 9 x 6.5 inches.
  • US addresses only.

Who it is for

When LeadHunter USA Postcards is the better choice: you want to reach every home in the neighborhoods you serve, without buying a mailing list, and you want the design, the printing, the postage and the results in one place.

Good fit

  • A home-service business that works in a set of neighborhoods: plumbers, HVAC, roofers, landscapers, cleaners, handymen and similar trades
  • Owners who want to be known on the streets where they already work
  • Anyone who wants to see what a mailing brought in: scans, calls, texts and forms

Not the right tool

  • Mailing to a list of names or past customers
  • Fewer than 200 postcards
  • Mail outside the United States

Questions

Common questions

What is LeadHunter USA Postcards?

LeadHunter USA Postcards lets a home-service contractor design a postcard, pick the neighborhoods on the USPS map, and have it printed and mailed to every address on those mail routes. Printing, mailing and USPS postage are one price, shown before you pay. It is made by LeadHunter USA LLC.

How much does it cost to mail 1,000 postcards?

With LeadHunter USA Postcards, 1,000 postcards cost $670.76 with standard printing. That price includes printing, mailing and USPS postage. Orders start at 200 postcards, and you pay per order, with no subscription.

Do I need a mailing list?

No. The postcards go by USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM): every address on the mail routes you pick gets one. You choose the neighborhoods, not the names.

How do I pick where the postcards go?

On the USPS map: tap the routes you want, copy the list and paste it in. You can mail up to 5 ZIP codes and up to 5,000 postcards per ZIP code in one order, 200 to 25,000 postcards in all.

Can you design the postcard for me?

“Make my postcard for me” makes three designs for your trade, with your own photos or photos from our library. You change any words you want, and you see a proof of the printed card before you pay.

How long until the postcards reach mailboxes?

With standard printing the cards are printed within 7 business days and are in mailboxes in about 2 to 3 weeks. Faster and rush printing cost more and cut that to about 1.5 to 2.5 weeks, or about 1 to 2 weeks. We email you when the order is in, when it is printed and when it should be in mailboxes.

What does the QR code on the postcard do?

It opens a page with your postcard and buttons to call you or text you, plus a short form for a name, phone number and what they need. A form someone sends becomes a customer in your free LeadHunter USA CRM. You see how many people scanned, called, texted and sent the form.

What size is the postcard?

9 x 6.5 inches, a size the Post Office accepts for EDDM. A standard 4 x 6 card does not qualify for EDDM.

Do I need a license number on my postcard?

Many states require a contractor’s license number on ads. While you design, the page reminds you of the rules where your cards are going. The reminders never stop an order; what the card says is up to you.
