LeadHunter USA runs on the contractor's own platform accounts and stores the minimum needed to send an alert and show it again later.
Which accounts are involved

LeadHunter USA does not log in to any platform on a customer’s behalf. All watching happens inside the customer’s own desktop-app session, on their own machine.
What LeadHunter USA stores
- The account details given at signup: name, business name, email and phone number.
- The trade, job types and communities chosen in the account.
- Each matching post: its text, the community it came from, and a link to it.
- Leads are pruned after 30 days.
What LeadHunter USA never collects
- LeadHunter USA does not store login credentials for any platform, and does not store plaintext passwords.
- LeadHunter USA does not collect device identifiers, location data or contact lists.
- LeadHunter USA does not store private messages.
- LeadHunter USA does not store the account details of the person who wrote a post.
- LeadHunter USA does not sell or share a customer’s personal information.
Deleting an account
Canceling a subscription does not delete an account. A deletion has to be asked for, at /delete-account. A neighbor whose post was picked up can ask for it to be removed at /lead-removal.
