Each Line includes 1,000 minutes a month. What you don’t use rolls into next month. Over? 5¢ a minute, and we tell you first.
What counts
Your Line includes 1,000 minutes of calls each calendar month. Calls in and calls out count together, from the moment the call connects.
Minutes are counted in whole minutes over the month, rounded down, so part of a minute is never charged.
Unused minutes roll over
What you don’t use of a month’s 1,000 rolls into the next month only. That month uses the rolled-over minutes first.
Rolled-over minutes you don’t use then expire. They never roll twice.
Going over
Minutes over the month’s total cost 5¢ each. On a monthly plan they are added to your next invoice. On a yearly plan they are charged at the end of the month.
We tell you by email and in the app when you have used 80% of the month’s minutes, and again when you have used them all.
