Sending a quote or invoice

1. 1Step 1: Open the quote or invoice and press Send from my phone.
2. 2Step 2: On a computer, a QR code shows. Point your phone’s camera at it. Your messages app opens with the text and the link ready.
3. 3Step 3: On a phone, your messages app opens right away.
4. 4Step 4: Press send in your messages app. The text goes from your own number.

Keep the link in the text, so the customer can open the quote.

Send by email sends it to the email address on the customer’s page. Add one there first. You get a few seconds to undo.

If it says email is off on your account, send from your phone or use Copy link and paste it anywhere.

The customer opens a page with your quote. They can approve it by typing their name, ask a question or request changes, or answer Not right now.

You see when they open it (Viewed) and when they answer. Their questions show up in Needs you.

Need to change it after you sent it? Edit and save. The customer sees the new version at the same link.

Collect approval now lets the customer approve on your device, right there. Their name, the time and that exact version are recorded.

Mark approved (verbal) records a yes they gave you on the phone.
