Show a QR code
- Step 1: Open Get paid in the menu. It works in your phone’s browser too.
- Step 2: Type the amount, and what it’s for if you like.
- Step 3: Pick one of your customers, or just type a name.
- Step 4: Press Show QR code.
- Step 5: Your customer scans it with their phone camera and pays by card on Stripe’s page. No app needed.
- Step 6: The screen turns to Paid when Stripe has the payment.
Customer not standing next to you? Press Share link and send it.
Each code works for 1 hour. The smallest amount is $0.50.
Where it shows up
Picked one of your customers? The payment becomes a paid receipt on their page. A typed name stays a quick charge that only you see.
Stripe emails the customer a receipt.
