What to do when card payments say Stripe needs a few more details, is checking your details, or has paused card payments.

What you might see
Stripe is checking your details. This usually takes a minute or two. You don’t need to do anything; the page updates by itself.
Stripe needs a few more details. Stripe wants something more to keep your payouts going.
Card payments are paused. Stripe paused card payments until it gets a few more details from you.
Fix it
- Step 1: Open Card payment settings.
- Step 2: Press Fix with Stripe. Stripe shows only what it still needs.
- Step 3: When you finish, press I’m done, check my status.
Those details go to Stripe, not to us. US rules require payment companies to verify who they pay.
