LeadHunter USA reminds you when a quote isn’t answered or an invoice isn’t paid, with the text ready. You decide if it goes.
Scout says: I’ll remember. You decide what gets sent.
How follow-ups work
When a quote isn’t answered, or an invoice isn’t paid, LeadHunter USA reminds you with the text ready. Nothing is sent unless you send it, from your phone.
Due follow-ups show up in Needs you.
They stop by themselves when the quote is approved, declined or expires, or when a payment comes in.
Change the days and the wording
Open Quote & invoice settings and find Follow-ups. Set Quote follow-up, Invoice reminder, the days and the time.
Changed the wording and want ours back? Press Use the default wording.
Sending follow-ups automatically is coming soon.
A reminder of your own
On a customer, choose Remind me… and pick a day. It comes back that day at your follow-up time.
