Add or cancel a product

Open Your products in the menu. It lists Alerts, CRM, Payments and Line, and where each one stands.

1. 1Step 1: To start it, press Subscribe to Alerts.
2. 2Step 2: To change your card or see past bills, press Manage billing.
3. 3Step 3: To stop it, press Cancel Alerts. Stripe opens its cancel page. Confirm there, and you’re done.

After you cancel, Alerts keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

In the free trial there is no card on file, so there is nothing to cancel. The trial just ends.

The CRM is free and comes with every account. There is nothing to turn on, and nothing to cancel.

To start, press Set up card payments. See Turn on card payments.

To stop, open Card payment settings and choose Turn off card payments…. We email you a code to confirm.

The page then shows the date Stripe disconnects. Until then you can undo it. Your Stripe account and the money in it stay yours either way.
