Adding customers
Last updated:
Add a customer with a name and a phone number, then keep notes, a job stage, visits and tags on their page.
Scout says: A name and a number. That’s the whole form.
Add a customer
- Step 1: Open Customers and press Add customer.
- Step 2: Type a name and a phone number. Email, address and a note are optional.
- Step 3: Press Add.
Only you see the note. Use it for a gate code, or what they need.
The customer page
Each customer has a page with their phone, address, notes, quotes, invoices and history.
Set where the job stands: New, Talking, Booked or Done.
Booked? Pick a visit time. It shows in Customers and on the Next visit tile.
You can also add tags, pin a note to the top, or open the address in Maps.
Find a customer
Search by name, phone or street at the top of Customers.
Check rows to change status, add a tag or ask for reviews for several customers at once.
Done with a customer?
Archive takes them off the main list. Unarchive brings them back.
If a customer asks you not to text them, choose Don’t text this number on their page. LeadHunter USA then won’t start a text to them.
